Oddly enough, the esps (if there's suppose to be any) for the required mods of the preset are not there? NMM says they're enabled but they don't show up on the plugins. I am having trouble installing or moving my old presets from Racemenu. I'm using fully updated Fallout 4 and F4SE. I loaded the downloaded json there and it showed up in the game. So I saved a preset of default character and a new 'Presets' folder was created by the looksmenu. F4SE and Looksmenu must be the versions for 1.7.15, otherwise no preset option available.

I dont think that Bethesda has re-released the last patch they rolled back, so the current game version should be 1.7.15.
Looksmenu itself is working fine but whenever I click on the preset, it looks nothing like what was shown on the nexus page, and some even show what the character looks like without ENBs and such and mine looks nothing like it. After creating it manually and placing the json there, the presets still did not show up. F4SE and Looksmenu have to be the correct version for the current version of the game.

I've been so obsessed over this that I've downloaded full clean saves of the game after reinstalling it with no mods and literally only use F4SE and the required mods for the preset. Including looksmenu compendium and looksmenu standalone. Any many presets there's a required section where I download all the required mods.
